We had 2 potential homes inspected by them. The inspector was amazing at informing us of tons of issues that the 1st home had and it really felt like they were in it for our best interests. We scheduled a 2nd inspection on a different home and met the inspector. Once finished the inspector took the time to walk us around the home showing us potential issues and was thorough in the explanations and expectations of what the house was. Highly recommend them. Very friendly, responsive to any questions through email. There is no doubt that I will recommend them to any of my family or friends looking to purchase a home. The reports given to us were very thorough with good pictures and gave us a roadmap.of.general repair items that we will have to do.once we move into the home.

Called them on Monday and they scheduled the inspection for Wednesday at 1:00pm. The inspector was right on time and immediately started his inspection right after his introduction. I stayed out of his way during the inspection. Upon completion he went over the inspection with me and answered all of the questions or concerns that I may have had. I received the inspection report via email on Thursday evening. Everything was professional. Great job and service. Will use again if the need should arise. I would highly recommend them.
